Bespace have developed the UrbanPod to meet the needs of our cost conscious customers. An emphasis has been put on keeping costs to minimum whilst maintaining our high standard of workmanship. The use of SIPs panels in the building's construction allows us to do this.
SIPs panels are pre assembled and tailored to the size of the building you require, once these are ready, your building can be assembled quickly on site, which keeps labour costs to an absolute minimum. Standard build time for the UrbanPod comes in at just two days.

The building itself is by no means standardized. The only thing that comes as standard is quality. Inside we can decorate as you wish.
Throughout the building we offer a range of optional extras should you wish to make changes. Kloeber doors can be added, the exterior cladding changed for a preferred colour and decking provided to surround the building.
We offer options on floor and ceiling materials too, if you see something you like elsewhere feel free to tell us about it and we can incorporate it into the building.
